Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund will be provided.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service: A 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
• In the event that Awesome Experience must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues), you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
